RMB 3000 G2-G12
A non-refundable application processing fee of RMB 2,000 (Toddler to G1), and RMB 3,000 (G2 to G12) is payable to complete the application process. The admissions office will arrange the students’ assessments. If the school does not receive the application fee within the specified time, the student will be deemed to have abandoned the position, and the school will not reserve any position for the student.

The tuition fees cover the cost of all textbooks and resources, library and database access, high-speed wireless internet, sports and fitness facilities, and some after-school activities (some activities may incur additional fees).
Note: Fees for breakfast, lunch, and snacks are not included in the tuition. Extra costs for some field trips, such as travel expenses or overnight trips, and costs for specialized after-school programs are not covered are not covered by the tuition.
RMB 37,500 per academic year. The fee includes all English enhancement sessions and on-campus activities.
Note: Specialist providers for after-school activities, off-campus events, and meal costs are not included.
RMB 6,000 per student, collected at the start of boarding. Unused funds are refundable and cover medical expenses, off-campus activities, and property damage compensation.
The miscellaneous expenses can be used for, but not limited to, medical treatments and relevant expenses of boarders, off-campus activities expenses, as well as possible compensation for damage to public property.

1. If a written notification of withdrawal is received on or before August 1st, 100% of the tuition fee paid to date will be refunded.
2. If a written notification of withdrawal is received after August 1st, but before the first day of the 1st semester, 100% of the tuition fee paid to date will be refunded with 10% of the annual tuition fee being deducted.
3. If written notification of withdrawal is received on or before December 1st, 100% of the tuition fee paid to date will be refunded with the tuition paid for the first semester and the discount given for the annual tuition being deducted.
4. If a written notification of withdrawal is received after December 1st, but before the first day of the second semester, 100% of the tuition fee paid to date will be refunded with the tuition paid for the first semester and 10% of the annual tuition fee being deducted.
5. If a written notification of withdrawal is received on and after the first day of the second semester, 100% of the tuition fee paid to date will not be refundable.
6. No tuition refunds will be eligible for students who take leave for ANY reason during their studies.
7. Once the student starts and attends classes at the school, the tuition fee paid for that specific semester will not be refunded under any circumstances.
8. All new students will have a 30-day observation period. If, during the observation period or at a later date, the school is unable to provide the necessary resources to meet the needs of the student, which may include psychological evaluation, personalized curriculum, or dedicated teachers/counselors; or if the child’s behavior interferes with classroom learning or the teacher’s ability to teach, the school reserves the right to remove the student from enrollment at Sias IS.
9. If the school considers that the student is unsuitable for studying at Sias IS and decides that he/she shall be withdrawn from school, the tuition will be refunded from the date of the removal.
Payment must be made by one of the following methods, annotated with the student name and grade:
• By RMB or USD wire transfer to the school’s bank account
• By RMB debit or credit card payment, direct to the school’s bank account
• By RMB cash at the school Finance Office
All Fees and Charges are set and payable in RMB. All bank charges (wire transfer fees, handling fees, etc.) are to be borne by the payer.
